"Where Dance Meets Fitness!"

LatinArobics is the fusion of modern Latin American and Rhythm dance steps
with enhanced respiratory and circulatory efficiency movements.
The main purpose of LatinArobics is to improve cardiovascular
endurance and fitness levels by combining a series of aerobic movements
with modern Latin American and Rhythm dance steps in order to involve
major muscle groups, to increase the heart rate.
No partner is required and participants do not have to have any dance
experience. This form of aerobic exercise is now recognized by the AAU,
which is a voting member of the United States Olympic Committee. The World
Salsa Federation is the recognized World Governing Body for LatinArobics.
