WELCOME TO LATINAROBICS

The WSF is hard at work conducting committee meetings, conferences, and consultations in order to better serve our members.  We at the WSF know that Aerobics is constantly evolving and are continually striving to meet demands of this evolution with excellence and refinement.

"Where Dance Meets Fitness!"

LatinArobics is the fusion of modern Latin American and Rhythm dance steps with enhanced respiratory and circulatory efficiency movements. The main purpose of LatinArobics is to improve cardiovascular endurance and fitness levels by combining a series of aerobic movements with modern Latin American and Rhythm dance steps in order to involve major muscle groups, to increase the heart rate. No partner is required and participants do not have to have any dance experience. This form of aerobic exercise is now recognized by the AAU, which is a voting member of the United States Olympic Committee. The World Salsa Federation is the recognized World Governing Body for LatinArobics.    

Enjoy dancing to Cha  Cha Cha, Salsa, Merengue, Samba, Cumbia, Bachata, Jive, Rumba, and much more! Its fun, easy to learn, and guaranteed to shed those pounds!  This is for all ages and fitness levels!  Call today for locations and class times.  All classes taught by certified and award winning instructors!   Always get a medical check-up before starting any exercise program.
