"Where Dance Meets Fitness!"
LatinArobics is the fusion of modern Latin American and Rhythm dance steps with enhanced respiratory and circulatory efficiency movements. The main purpose of LatinArobics is to improve cardiovascular endurance and fitness levels by combining a series of aerobic movements with modern Latin American and Rhythm dance steps in order to involve major muscle groups, to increase the heart rate. No partner is required and participants do not have to have any dance experience. This form of aerobic exercise is now recognized by the AAU, which is a voting member of the United States Olympic Committee. The World Salsa Federation is the recognized World Governing Body for LatinArobics. Enjoy dancing to Cha Cha Cha, Salsa, Merengue, Samba, Cumbia, Bachata, Jive, Rumba, and much more! Its fun, easy to learn, and guaranteed to shed those pounds! This is for all ages and fitness levels! Call today for locations and class times. All classes taught by certified and award winning instructors! Always get a medical check-up before starting any exercise program.

![]() Fitness through regular aerobic exercise greatly reduces the risk of getting "lifestyle" diseases such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, cancer, obesity, and high blood pressure. Get moving if you want to be healthy, fit, and trim. Dances like the Salsa and Jive can burn as many calories as a gym workout!
For many people looking to get fit, the dance floor offers an exhilarating alternative to the drudgery of the gym, and experts say sticking to an exercise regime is easier when it’s not a chore. The American College of Sports Medicine recommends aerobic exercise done for a minimum of 20 minutes, three times a week at 60% of the maximum heart rate. Doing less than this will minimize your health benefits. Exercising 4 or more times a week will increase your health benefits. You should get a medical checkup before you start any exercise program. If you decide to take LatinArobic dance classes, choose a certified instructor who is trained to give safe, effective, and fun classes. We won't spend a lot of time
here. Almost everyone has heard these facts before. But here is a
quick
reminder of the amazing number
of things that LatinArobics does for you:

The AAU organized the first national aerobics competition in AAU JOINS WSF!
The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is one of the largest, non-profit, volunteer, sports organizations in the United States. A multisport organization, the AAU is dedicated exclusively to the promotion and development of amateur sports and physical fitness programs.
While the primary reasons for kids participating in LatinArobic is to have fun, spend time with friends and learn new skills, a major factor in why parents should encourage their children to participate in LatinArobics is the health benefits that being physically active confers on kids. Regular involvement in physical activity has a number of benefits for children:

So you don't have time for fitness. The kids need your attention. Work at the office seems to be consuming all your time. There is no more energy left at the end of the day to even think about your exercising. Perhaps it is not a matter of postponement, but priorities. Even the busiest of schedules has time for fitness activities. Do you want to feel good and have more energy? Easier weight control? Improved appearance? Increased sense of well-being? Enhanced relaxation? Overall sound health? Even a little increase of activity on a daily basis is an important first step. The more physical activity you do, the easier it becomes to do even more. A trim and healthy lifestyle can be enjoyed by adding incidental exercise to a busy schedule. Exercise should be enjoyable. Make it part of your life. Just do it. Don't even think about it.
