2010 WSF World Salsa Championship Venue

An elegant oasis poised atop the Orlando International Airport, the Hyatt Regency combines luxury, comfort and convenience to create a premier destination. Accessible by a glass elevator from the terminal, the hotel overlooks a mall with 40 stores and restaurants. Walt Disney World and SeaWorld are a few miles away.

The Hyatt's recreational facilities include a quiet, outdoor pool and sundeck overlooking the airport runway. Guests can also work out in the fitness center equipped with rowing machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, free weights, Levetron machines and a Roman chair. For convenience of its guests, the Hyatt features two restaurants and 24- hour room service. Staff members in guest services can arrange shuttles to area attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal and SeaWorld.

The Hyatt Regency's 446 guestrooms come complete with complimentary cable television and views of the hotel atrium or the airport runway. The 400-square-foot rooms include three phones, desks with two chairs, marble bathroom vanities, makeup mirrors and armchairs with ottomans. Mini-refrigerators and high-speed Internet access are available.

ROOM RATE AGREEMENT

Special room rates have been secured for the WSF event. Please make sure that you mention to the Reservation Representative, that they you are attending the World Salsa Federation to receive the special guest room rate of $155 (includes tax) with maximum room occupancy 4 (four) persons.

 CUT OFF DATE

Theses special room rates are subject to availability and to obtain these special group rates, rooms need to be booked by October 5, 2010.  After the cut-off date, the rooms will be released to inventory and sold at rack rate.

PARKING: If you have reservations in the hotel your parking is FREE and validated by World Promotions.  If your local and want to come as a spectator and do not have reservations in the hotel, then parking will be at a discount of $7 valet, and $4 self parking per day.  This special price is only if you purchase your tickets in advance.   A voucher for the discount daily parking will be issued to you when you arrive .  Otherwise parking is $6 per hour at this hotel with no other parking near the hotel!
